1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a direct Manufacturer. This means you get factory-direct prices without middleman markups.

2. Where is the company located?
Our headquarters and factory are located in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, from which we manage our global supply chain.

3. How many people are there in the company?
We have a dedicated team of more than 300 people, ensuring top-notch R&D, quality control, and customer service.

4. Is Xinyu Battery a reliable brand?
Absolutely. We deliver over USD 40,000,000 worth of premium battery products annually, earning the trust of thousands of users and businesses worldwide.

5. What batteries can you supply?
We supply high-quality LiFePO4 Golf Cart batteries, RV/Marine batteries, Home Energy Storage, Portable Generators, as well as replacement batteries for Cameras, RC devices, E-bikes, and Vacuums.

6. How long have you been involved in this market?
We have been passionately engaged in battery manufacturing and energy solutions since August 2016.

7. Where are your main markets?
Our products strictly meet international standards, with our main markets being in Europe, America, the Middle East, South Africa, and Oceania.

8. Do you have a global service network?
Yes, currently we cooperate with more than 50+ agents overseas and provide robust battery solutions to more than 200 companies globally.

9. How long will it take to get my order?
This depends on your location. We typically process orders within 1~3 business days. Local warehouse delivery takes 3~7 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

10. Do you have local warehouses?
Yes, we stock items in our EU, USA, and UK warehouses for fast, duty-free local delivery.

11. Can I return my product?
Yes, we have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item. Simply contact us via sales@xinyubattery.com.

12. Do you support OEM customization or bulk orders?
Yes! Besides retail, we are a fully capable factory that supports OEM/ODM customization and B2B wholesale orders. Contact our sales team for details.

13. What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is NO minimum order quantity for our regular retail stock products—you can buy just one! For custom OEM projects or non-stock B2B products, the MOQ is 100 units.

14. Can I change my delivery address?
If the order has not shipped out, please contact our support team immediately to change it. Once the order has been handed to the carrier and shipped out, the address cannot be modified.

15. What could be the reason for receiving only a partial shipment?
For heavy battery products and multi-item bundles, carrier weight limits often require us to distribute them into separate packages. They may arrive on different days. Please wait patiently, or contact customer service for logistics tracking.

16. How long does a mass production / customized order take?
For retail items in our local warehouses, delivery is fast. However, if you are placing a customized OEM bulk order, mass production time is generally 30~45 days depending on the specific product cycle.

17. What are your payment terms and methods?
For regular retail orders, we accept secure, full payments via credit cards and PayPal at checkout. For B2B wholesale mass production, we accept standard trade terms (FOB, CIF, CNF) with a typical 50% advance payment and the balance paid before shipping.
